The Blue Sky Alliance of Appalachian Ohio works collaboratively throughout our region to put in place a base of Supportive Services along with Behavioral and Employment Services. Likewise, Blue Sky works with experienced public and private developers to create affordable housing.
Supportive Services, when combined with relevant and professional referral services and the right amount of new affordable housing, will help our Alliance end homelessness within the Appalachian Ohio region.
All available public and charitable funding and human resources will be enlisted.
